CONTENT ACCOUNTABILITY

Editorial and content quality policy

Every page should answer a real question and make its evidence, limits, and accountable author visible.

The publication threshold

A topic must do at least one job: solve a problem encountered in real development, maintenance, or use; turn scattered primary material into an actionable judgment; or provide a clearer tool than manual calculation. Search volume, news attention, or a keyword opportunity is not enough. Summary-only pages, mass rewrites, and placeholder topic pages are not published.

Research and source hierarchy

External facts favor official documentation, regulators, original datasets, papers, company announcements, and product terms. Secondary reporting supplies context or contemporaneous market views; it does not replace an available primary source. A source list identifies material the article relies on, while the body explains how evidence supports the conclusion. Vendor benchmarks, preview features, and future plans that cannot be independently verified are treated as claims, not proven outcomes.

Writing, tools, and human responsibility

The author may use search, coding tools, or AI assistance to organize research, prepare candidate structures, and identify omissions, but automatic publication remains disabled. Luo Jie must review the reader question, sources, facts, bilingual meaning, risk disclosures, code, and final page before deciding to publish. AI does not replace hands-on testing, primary sources, or author accountability, and publishing frequency is not a content goal.

Standards by content type

Practical articles provide steps, a decision framework, failure modes, or exceptions. News identifies the relevant date and separates known facts from unresolved details. Deep research defines its question, source boundary, method, falsifiers or limitations, and maintenance triggers when conclusions can change. Calculators disclose formulas, default assumptions, and privacy behavior.

Pre-publication review

Before publication, the title promise, language completeness, facts and dates, source links, risk disclosures, mobile readability, relevant internal links, canonical URL, and hreflang are reviewed. English and Chinese pages preserve the same factual scope and section order. Code changes must pass the SEO audit and production build; a successful build alone does not make a draft useful.

Updates, corrections, and retirement

Articles display a publication date and last-reviewed date. News enters the review queue at least every 45 days, research every 180 days, and evergreen practical articles every 365 days. These intervals trigger human review; they do not guarantee that a page remains correct until its deadline. The `updated` date changes for material factual or advisory revisions, not cosmetic edits. Correction reports are checked against verifiable evidence. If the central answer is obsolete, sources cannot be verified, maintenance exceeds the site's capacity, or the topic no longer fits, the page is revised, redirected to a replacement, or removed from the public index.

Advertising and commercial independence

Advertising is visually separate from editorial material. It does not purchase favorable conclusions, and pages are not split or padded to create more ad impressions. Sponsorships, free products, affiliate relationships, or other material conflicts will be disclosed prominently on the relevant page if introduced.
